We'll schedule a casual phone call with you to get to know you better. It's an opportunity for us to discuss your experience and skills as well as answer any questions you may have about the role or our company. If things go well, we will invite you to your 1st stage interview at thyssenkrupp – video call managed via MS Teams or in our office.
The interview
The interview
You'll meet with members of our team, including hiring managers and potential colleagues. This is a chance for us to assess your fit within our company culture and dive deeper into your qualifications. We will also provide you with answers to all questions you may have. 2nd stage interview: for some recruitment processes we also manage 2nd stage interview (final interview), sometimes we need a second opinion on the candidate. 2nd stage interviews are mostly attended by the functional Team Lead and a Global Lead of your potential future team.
